Playing and accounts
You may play with a guest profile or choose an available sign-in method. Keep your sign-in links and account access secure. A room host can make a room public or private, invite players, remove players from the lobby and close the room. Public lobbies can be found by site visitors; private rooms are intended for people with the invitation link or code.
Respect other players
Choose a nickname and send clues or chat messages that are lawful and respectful. Do not harass other players, impersonate someone else, post another person’s private information, or submit content you do not have the right to share. Do not interfere with the game or try to access other players’ accounts or rooms without permission. A host may remove you from a room; access to the service may also be limited if misuse threatens other players or the site.
Your contributions and game content
You remain responsible for the clues and messages you submit. By submitting them, you allow Luminaria to display them to the relevant players, process them to run the game, and use round clues to generate and show the game’s short final story. The game’s cards, artwork, interface and other supplied content are provided for use within Luminaria; these terms do not grant permission to redistribute them outside the game.
Availability and results
We may update the game, decks, room rules or these terms. The service may sometimes be unavailable or interrupted. Scores, awards and generated stories are part of the game and have no monetary value. The current site does not require payment to play.
